None of which are unresolved. I felt this post was necessary as several customers have asked us recently why we are not an accredited business. I want everyone to know that American Carpet Wholesalers is a consumer friendly business and we stand behind each and every customer.
I am a 35 year veteran of the flooring industry. The first 20 years as a retailer in various parts of the country, which helps me understand the needs of our customers across the country. The last 15 spent right here in Dalton, Georgia as a wholesaler and online retailer. I started American Carpet Wholesalers in August of 2002 with a dedicated staff of experienced professionals. Without them, the venture would have been extremely difficult. Personally, I am the father of 1 daughter and 2 wonderful grandchildren. A Vietnam Veteran and a believer in my fellow man.
